My husband and I went to Africa at the end of August into September for our honeymoon, and we had a once in a lifetime experience! Exeter Safari Company put us at ease in planning this trip across the world. Exceptional Safari Experience from Start to Finish! As parents  of a 23-year-old daughter and a 21-year-old son, my husband and I had dreamed for many years of taking our family on a safari to Africa. However, as any parent would understand, our top priority was their safety and comfort. Our South Africa and safari trip in Kwandwe Reserve was really  a once-in-a-lifetime experience, and it wouldn’t have been possible without the extraordinary work of Jeanie and the entire team at Exeter Safari Company . From the moment we arrived in Cape Town until the very last day in Johannesburg , and our days in the Safari resort in Kwandwe everything was perfectly organized with incredible attention to detail. Jeanie  took the time to understand exactly what we wanted and created a detailed, seamless itinerary that exceeded all our expectations. Every transfer, lodge, and activity was thoughtfully planned — we never had to worry about a thing. The accommodations were stunning, the guides were knowledgeable and passionate, and every moment felt carefully curated to ensure we experienced the very best of Africa’s beauty and wildlife. What truly stood out was the personal touch — Jeanie checked in with us regularly, through WhatsApp making sure everything was going smoothly and that we were enjoying every part of the journey. That level of care and dedication made all the difference. Knowing that my children considered this the best trip of their lives made me realize how truly special this experience was for our family. We can’t thank Jeanie and Exeter Safari Company enough for creating such an unforgettable adventure. Our South Africa vacation was absolutely amazing and Abigail was a pleasure to work with planning our trip. The in-country flights, airport transfers, tours, and every detail in between were executed perfectly and allowed us to enjoy every moment. The staff and accommodations in Cape Town, the safari lodge, and Victoria Falls exceeded our expectations and were some of the friendliest and most helpful people we've met. We’re so glad we booked our South Africa adventure with Exeter — and especially with Jeanie Fundora! From start to finish, everything was seamless. Planning was stress-free, and once we arrived, we didn’t have to worry about a thing. Every guide, transfer, and detail was perfectly timed so we could just focus on having fun as a family. With kids in tow, the itinerary was spot-on — from a stylish apartment in Cape Town to a gorgeous boutique hotel near Victoria Falls, and finally, two incredible safari camps inside the reserve. I used Exeter for my clients traveling to East Africa on their first safari. I worked with Abigail and she was extremely accommodating and patient through out the planning process. She was able to work with the budget requested and made this stay very pleasant for my clients. They were impressed with all accommodations / food / transfers / safaris.
